AGREEMENT RATIFIED

We are pleased to inform you that the labor agreements for construction, residential, communications, and maintenance by and between the Electrical Contractors' Association of City of Chicago and Local Union #134, IBEW have now been formally ratified by the Executive Committee for the Association and the membership by Local 134. The two year agreement for each discipline listed above is effective June 1, 2009 and will conclude June 5, 2011.

Listed below are links to the terms of the agreements that have now been ratified. Additional information will be sent to all contractors early next week regarding the terms of the agreement for the ensuing year June 1, 2009 through June 6, 2010.
