Please be aware that MONDAY, AUGUST 23, 2021 is the FINAL DAY for NECA members to book rooms within their designated Chapter room blocks! The Chicago Chapter rooming block is with the Westin Nashville Hotel. If you do not register on or before August 23, 2021, we do not know what rooms/hotels will be available.

The NECA Show will prepare you for the future of the electrical construction industry. You’ll find a wide range of educational opportunities on the trade show floor with sessions on everything from leadership to growing your business to the latest innovations. Stipend available for ECA members:
The ECA Executive Committee approved the educational stipends of the Registration fees for up to two representatives and their guest and/or spouse, if applicable, of participating ECA member firms for the NECA Convention on October 9 – 12, 2021 in Nashville, TN.

Registration
Registration is open! Please visit www.necaconvention.org or call 1-800-368-6322 to register for the NECA Convention/Accommodations. The Convention Center is located at the Music City Center, 201 Rep. John Lewis Way S., Nashville, TN 37203.
 
The regular "in-person" NECA Convention registration fee is $1,480 per NECA member, and $865 for the member’s spouse / guest. However, those who register by August 31, 2021 will receive the “early bird” price of $1,280 for members and $665 for the member’s spouse / guest. 
 
The regular "virtual" NECA Convention registration fee is $300 per NECA member. However, those who register by August 31, 2021 will receive the “early bird” price of $250. 
 
After you have registered, please e-mail a copy of your completed registration transaction to the Association office at registration@ecachicago.com.  This will allow us to have a record of your registration information, should you need any assistance after registering. 
 
There are several ways to attend the Convention: Full Convention, Weekend Package and A La Carte:
 
Full Registration includes: Opening Reception, General Sessions, Convention Education, Trade Show Education: Leadership Workshops, Technology Workshops, Construction Solution Workshop; three (3) days of the NECA Show including lunch; On-line streaming of select Convention Education courses, and the Closing Celebration.
 
Registering Children
Registration for children must be completed on-line. Children may attend the NECA Show floor for all three days, but must be registered and accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Child 16 years+ is $455; Child 7 - 15: $100; Child 6 and under is complimentary.
 
Weekend Package (NECA Members Only - $650)
Saturday and Sunday events, including Opening Reception, Opening General Session, Convention Education, NECA Show, Trade Show Education, Showstopper Showcase, lunch on the Show floor and Daily Prize Drawing Tickets.

Hotel Reservations
The Chicago and Cook County Chapter is utilizing a block of rooms at The Westin Hotel, 807 Clark Pl, Nashville, TN 37203, (615) 248-2800. Detailed information regarding the hotel can be found at: The Westin Nashville Hotel website. Check-in is at 4:00 pm; Check-out is at 12:00 pm. 
  
Rooms will be available up to August 31, 2021. If making a reservation after that date, please contact the ECA office, as CMR will coordinate that request with the hotel as the rooms will be available upon availability. Reservations should be made by credit card. CMR can be contacted at: (800) 368-6322 for assistance with on-line reservation. 
 
Chicago Chapter Events
The Chicago and Cook County Chapter has a number of activities scheduled. A Special Congratulatory Reception has been arranged for David Witz, Continental Electrical Construction Company and Eric Nixon, Maron Electric Company, as they will be acknowledged during the Convention for their induction into the Academy of Electrical Contracting (2020). This special event is scheduled for 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm, Monday, October 11, 2021 at the Westin Hotel. The Chapter Membership event is scheduled for 7:00 pm on Monday, October 11, 2021 at the Westin Hotel. Finally, a Special pre-Closing event Reception is scheduled for 4:30 pm on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at the Westin Hotel. We hope that you will join us for these events! 
 
Convention Events
The Trade Show will be held at the Music City Center; the main Convention events will be held on-site. 
 
The Opening Reception is being held on Saturday, October 9th at The Wildhorse Saloon/One Fourteen for a Down Home Reunion! Put on your cowboy boots and don’t forget your hat because we’re headed down to Broadway—the Heart of Nashville—for a Welcome Reception at the iconic Wildhorse Saloon and brand new One Fourteen! Begin your evening on 2nd Ave. with a full street party, live country music, carnival games and delicious street treats. Join the Milwaukee Tool Shed Band at the Wildhorse Saloon or head to One Fourteen to discover intimate performances, listen to the classics or taste a little whiskey or moonshine. The event will also feature the Milwaukee Tool Shed Band for an Afterparty.
 
The Opening General Session is scheduled for Sunday, October 10th and will feature Archie Manning, Former NFL Player, Philanthropist, Entrepreneur. Archie Manning is recognized as an ambassador of goodwill and a molder of people. During his 14-year NFL career, he set most Saints passing records, played in two Pro Bowls, and was the NFC’s most valuable player in 1978. You will be inspired by his story, sense of humor, warm personality and drive.
 
The Monday General Session on October 11th, features John Rich, Country Music Star, Entrepreneur. John Rich’s ability to capture the American zeitgeist in song has made him one of the most successful and prolific entertainers in the music business today. Today, Rich is applying his talents to his latest venture, a lifestyle brand called Redneck Riviera that launched in 2014 with an apparel line geared to what he dubs the “Red, White, Blue and Rowdy” crowd. Join Rich for a candid Q&A and an exclusive performance to kick off the day at NECA 2021 Nashville. 
 
The Closing General Session is scheduled for Tuesday, October 12th and will feature Daymond John, Founder of FUBU, Star of "Shark Tank." From his successful role on ABC’s smash hit, "Shark Tank," to his status as a Presidential Ambassador for Global Entrepreneurship, Daymond John has become globally recognized for his commitment to promoting and supporting entrepreneurs. Join us as he shares his goal-setting and achievement strategies so you can make positive changes in all areas of your life!
 
The Closing Celebration is arranged for the evening of Tuesday, October 12th. The program will have the “All Star Jam.” The "All-Star Jam" features Don Felder, former lead guitarist of the Eagles, Steve Augeri, former Journey lead vocalist, and Eddie Montgomery, of country duo Montgomery Gentry, all backed by the house band Sixwire. This high-energy show will be packed with your favorite classic rock and country hits, with each special guest performing greatest hits and favorite covers. It’s a party from start to finish!
