Contract Administration: Crossing the T’s and Dotting the I’s
This may be the most important aspect of a project manager’s role when it comes to mitigating risk and protecting the company. We will review the pitfalls and lessons that every PM must be watching on their contract and tell a few stories to illustrate the importance of thorough contract administration.

Following this class, participants will be able to:
  • Understand the key components of a contract from a field and project management standpoint.
  • Learn effective methods of managing RFIs.
  • Discuss the documentation needed to mitigate the risk on the company's behalf.

Participants who successfully complete this course will be awarded 2 Continuing Education Hours.

If you do not have a login, you will have the option to create one. After logging in, select "Register" to proceed with the registration process.
