The luncheon program will feature industry updates, and guest presentations from:
- Kathy Horton, ERS Account Manager, who will discuss the benefits of the Employee Resource Systems
- Mark Kawolosky, NECA Midwestern Region NECA Field Representative discussing the "Benefits of NECA"
- Mark Thomas, ECA Executive Vice President, who will discuss the benefits of ECA membership.

Kathy Horton, ERS
Kathy received her master’s degree in Counseling from National-Louis University and has 35 years of experience working in a variety of behavioral health settings including in-patient psychiatry and Employee Assistance Programs. Kathy’s role at Employee Resource Systems, Inc. over the last 20 years has been that of an EAP Counselor, Director of Provider Relations and Account Manager. In her role as Account Manager, Kathy has worked with assigned client companies over the years to help develop strategies that foster employee/member performance and development through organizational consultation and training. Kathy is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Certified Alcohol & Other Drug Counselor (CADC) and Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP).
