IL IBEW Renewable Energy Fund: Solar and Energy Storage Design and Estimation Course

The Illinois IBEW Renewable Energy Fund (IBEW REF) has received funding for renewable energy training throughout Illinois and is pleased to present a complimentary two-day training program regarding work in the solar industry in Illinois. The coursework has been developed to inform the union electrical contractor to become an effective union solar contractor.

Course Description:

This course is designed to aid contractors in the design and estimation of components for photovoltaic (solar electric) and energy storage projects. We will cover many topics within this sector of our industry, including design and estimation examples, which will assist a contractor in providing competitive bids. The course is designed for office personnel, including estimators, project managers, and senior management, who are involved in customer and job acquisition.
