ECA Chicago's Annual President's Party & Holiday Celebration at Offshore, Navy Pier

ECA Chicago is pleased to announce the 2022 President's Party & Holiday Celebration will be held on Saturday, December 17th, 2022 at OFFSHORE at Navy Pier.  ECA Chicago member companies and their employees are welcome to attend this anticipated annual event featuring Chicago band "Maggie Speaks".

Complimentary overnight accommodations are available for a one night stay on Saturday, December 17th.   Up to 3 employees per member firm can take advantage of our hotel block at Hotel W Lakeshore, just at the end of the pier on Lake Shore Drive.

Saturday, December 17, 2022,  6:00pm - 11:00pm

  • OFFSHORE is located at Navy Pier, at the far east end of the pier near the conference center.
    • Address: 1000 East Grand Avenue, Chicago, IL (Map)
    • Valet Parking is available for those driving down that evening - valet will be offered in the East parking lot on Navy Pier
    • Entertainment provided by "Maggie Speaks"
    • Reception, Dinner, Entertainment, and more until 11:00p.m.
    • Dress Code:  Formal / Cocktail Attire

Overnight rooms are available for up to 3 employees per Member Company.  ECA Chicago will cover the room charge with tax.  Members are responsible for parking and incidentals, and will be asked to present a credit card upon check-in.  Room Block closed on November 17th.
