The ECA wishes to thank Gary Shamasko, President, Jamerson & Bauwens Electrical Contractors, Inc. for agreeing to be on a panel discussion during the 24th Annual Real Estate (RE) Journal Chicago Forecast that was held on January 15, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare in Rosemont, IL.  Through Powering Chicago's partnership with Real Estate Journals, Gary was able to participate in the Industry Sector Updates: Property Management session. 

The panel focused on Property Management and Tools for 2026, which included: 

• Management strategies to operate properties effectively and efficiently.
• The importance of good management to maximize returns.
• Best practices in maintenance, vendor management, cost control, and building marketing.
