January 21 - 23, 2026

The ELECTRI Winter Council meeting was held January 21 – 23, 2026 at the Omni La Mansión del Rio in San Antonio, TX.  Besides research updates and voting on new research proposals, ELECTRI Council Member Alterman, Inc. offered attendees a visit to their new headquarters.   

The Council Meeting featured Contractor Panels / Roundtables / Updates, Special Sessions, including the following:

Contractor Panel: Prefab to Manufacturing: The Future of Offsite;
Roundtable Discussions: Prefab to Manufacturing: The Future of Offsite;
Education Update;
Current Research Updates;
New Research Proposals Presented with Live Q&A; 
The Future of AI and Robotics;
ELECTRI Investments Update;
Contractor Panel: Best Practices in Strategic Planning and Managing Growth;
Round Table Discussions: Best Practices in Strategic Planning, and the
Project Management Apprenticeship Graduation.

We thank all of our Chapter representatives, as well as all of the ELECTRI supporters that made this session a success. 

We look forward to ELECTRI’s continued efforts to fund, conduct, coordinate and monitor the industry’s most critical research to commission and deliver exemplary management education and supervisory training programs.
