Women in NECA (WIN) Conference
February 2 - 4, 2026

The Women in NECA (WIN) Conference was held February 2 - 4 , 2026 at the Hotel Crescent Court in Dallas, TX.  A number of attendees from the Chicago Chapter, NECA included ECA President, Kendra Dinkins, Taylor Electric Company, as well as Michele Dinkins, Gaby Vazquez of Taylor Electric Company, Maureen Mikulski, McWilliams Electric Company, Inc. and Carrie Liberio, High-Voltage Electric.

This conference is dedicated to empowering women in the electrical construction industry. It’s designed as a space for connection, growth, and inspiration. This conference provides unparalleled peer-to-peer networking opportunities for women navigating a traditionally male-dominated field.  Participants were able to engage in dynamic workshops and impactful general sessions that tackle critical topics such as power dynamics, effective negotiation strategies, and leadership development. The WIN Conference fosters a collaborative environment where participants can exchange ideas, build empathy, and work toward greater inclusiveness in the workplace. Beyond the interactive workshops and expert-led sessions, the event provided a platform to build lasting relationships and gain inspiration from trailblazing women. We hope the attendees left the WIN Conference feeling empowered and equipped to make a greater impact in their career and the industry.

We thank all that were able to participate with this year’s dynamic conference!
