CEA

The Construction Employers Association (CEA) Committee represents the ECA membership in regard to this umbrella group´s activities. The CEA coordinates the Joint Conference Board (JCB) which was created to adjucate any jurisdictional conflicts in the building industry in the Chicagoland area.
