The contractors represented by ECA employ the electricians of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local Union 134, under the following agreements:
Principal Agreement
Residential Agreement
Communication Agreement
The ECA negotiates and administers collective bargaining agreements (cba) on behalf of members and contractors engaged in business practices in electrical construction, communication and low voltage, residential, maintenance and lighting retrofit work.
Electrical Joint Arbitration Board
The Electrical Joint Arbitration Board (EJAB) consists of an equal number of labor and management representatives. The EJAB meets to resolve grievances concerning all of our labor agreements negotiated by and between the Association and IBEW Local Union 134.
